The System:
Our QC team makes sure that all bags are delivered with the same consistent high quality you might expect from a bag making specialist. Our System will monitor every detail, From business negotiation to service process.
Quality Control:
our factory considers Quality Control a main pillar therefore, implementing a robust quality control system not only enhances customer satisfaction but also reduces returns and defects, contributing to a strong brand reputation. Our QC team is constantly working on testing for:
- Raw Material Inspection
- Measurement check and Specification verification,
- Checking the appearance
- Workman ship assessment
- Labelling, Printing and painting assessment
- Functionality and Safety tests.
Material Incoming Quality Check:
Our QC Team is responsible for the order, from checking all the raw materials before warehouse entry to monitoring the fabric manufacturing. The team examines the standard of the materials after receiving from the warehouse and before sending to cutting.
Processing Inspection:
The line director with the Deputy Director strive for excellence. They ensure that our QC team examine the semi-finished and finished merchandise in line. If defects are found, they will be selected returned to the assembly line for correction.
Finished Products Inspection:
After finalizing the sewing process, the products will be sent to the finished product quality inspection workshop to be cut off. The qualified products will be transferred to packaging. Defective products will be allocated to the production line for rework or repair.
Shippement Inspection:
Products will be packaged in accordance with the customer’s packaging requirements for delivery. When the merchandise is packed within the carton, our Sales and QC teams will finally confirm that all aspects of works are done properly. When cartons of merchandise are loaded within the instrumentality, our Sales and QC teams will examine the loading to avoid any mistakes.
